In my pursuit of a creative writing minor at JMU, I've discovered a passion for telling stories in ways beyond acting! Childhood, misogyny, family dynamics, the subconscious, murder, and insanity are some topics that tend to come up in my writing.
POETRY
I dabbled in poetry for a creative writing class. Little did I know, one of my poems would be published a year later in the Spring 2025 issue of Virginia Literary Review!

PLAYWRITING
I've become incredibly passionate about playwriting in college and have written several ten minute plays, one of which has been performed onstage! I'm currently working on my first full-length play called The Web, which recently had its first reading. I've also been on the writing team for several devised projects, including pieces with Youth Exchange Project, as well as a play titled {Re]written that was produced at JMU.
SHORT STORIES
I also love to write short stories and would love to be published in the future!
